You can manage your contacts by adding notes in the notes section. Navigate to the 'Contacts' tab and select any contact. When the contact card is open, scroll to the 'Notes' tab. Here you can add notes i.e. important points about your prospect. You can also Edit or Delete them.
Apart from this, when the user make any call and the call is ended or disconnected the disposition notes are also moved to the Notes section.
Furthermore, you can perform Bulk functions on your contact lists.
