While creating a Workflow, you can now add Bcc and Cc emails as a part of your Workflow in the email touch points.
Navigate to the "New Workflow" and give it a proper name.
While adding a touch point of an email, first you have to select a template. When a template is selected, click on it and you will be able to see Bcc and Cc fields. You can type in the email or select the email from contacts.
